Some goon saw 'jaws' and realized that people weren't afraid of the beach...they were afraid of the water at the beach. so, this guy then decides to make a film to attempt to make people to be afraid of the sand at the beach, too.
this film is basically the result of 'jaws' and 'tremors' drinking a little too much at a party, going back to jaws's place, and the two waking up in the same bed the next morning unable to remember anything.
it's awful...but in a pretty fun to watch way.
