Review of Bend of the River (1952) by Daniel M — 22 Apr 2008
Another very good western from Stewart and Mann. As always, it has great acting, directing, cinematography, and music. Story revolves around Stewart, (who is excellent in the leading role), who plays a want to be rancher who is trying to escape his past, while guiding a band of wagons, that is holding endless supplies for settelers.
He's also accompanied by Kennedy, who does well, as the leading villian. Well worth checking out.
