Review of Bend of the River (1952) by Dustin G — 11 Jun 2011
Solid Western sees Jimmy Stewart helping to set up a town and then get into it with a food and provisions supplier when the town's food for the winter doesn't show up.
Jimmy's great as he always is and the story moves fast. It's not one of the better Westerns to come out of the period but it's entertaining and well done nonetheless.
