Review of Bend of the River (1952) by Stephen M — 13 Apr 2009
A wonderful western with a compelling redemption story, Bend of the River may not be the best or most remembered of the Jimmy Stewart westerns, but its certainly one of my favorites now. Also, once Jimmy Stewart starts kicking ass, he doesn't stop until the asses are all kicked.
"You'll be seeing me. You'll be seeing me. Everytime you bed down for the night, you'll look back to the darkness and wonder if I'm there. And some night, I will be. You'll be seeing me! ".
