Wow, that was a pretty powerful film. There's some real beautiful imagery being used in here. Great acting from Ingrid Bergman, but the actress who played "Eva" definitely blew her away. I'm glad there wasn't any corny resolution for all this.
The climax was kept real and inevitable. This family can never get a long. If you're into classic foreign cinema, this is a must.
