Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Eric H — 24 Jan 2012
Alien Resurrection is a crushing defeat to those that appreciated the first three so much. Ellen Ripley's return after her death in Alien 3 should be celebrated (even though this character is a clone technically) but instead her character is so warped beyond repair and the other characters so shallow that this movie has no chance of standing up to the others--much less any other sci-fi film.
