Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Diptanshu — 14 Jul 2020

Over the top,messy and unnecessary sequel!its the worst in franchise,the story was weak and screenplay was bad,the music was good and the visuals and CGI was decent,the acting was good,the characters were too much and the intro to them was little fast and messy but as movie goes some of them are amazing specially the Android and her cripple friend and the Muscle guy and the dead characters too they were good,the Ripley was good although the plot for her is literally Utter Rubbish,the main good aspects of the movie is the 1st half and the whole intro to soldiers and the team with Ripley and the alien's experiment thing,the tech and the toys were awesome in it and some scenes were awesome and great like the starting gun's scene and then the alien escape scene and at-last the under-water fight it was great apart from that everything in movie was bad,the starting intro to characters and situations and the Ripley's Clone reveal and her 1st interaction with team was awesome then the alien torture scene by doctor was amazing,the team's operation for killing Ripley at start and there entry with guns inside ship was awesome and the reveal of there operation and 1st fight was amazing just after that the alien torture escape was scary and great and the deaths by alien was brutally awesome then the team gathering and 1-by-1 take-down by alien just like prequels felt repetitive although it was engaging.

The whole escape sequence of everyone in ship because of alien and the left-behind team surviving was exciting and as it goes the secrets of aliens and its experiments revealing was little shocking and amazing and the drama between team and doctor was engaging,the another person infected and his joining team for survival was good,the whole 1st half was literally awesome and entertaining just after that the under-water escape of team surviving alien was mind-blowing and the deaths in middle were surprising the doctors betrayal was great and then the Android reveal from team was awesome then the escape plan for them and crashing cause of earth distance it was amazing,the doctors betrayal and his death by infected men was literally brutal and awesome then the whole last 30 mins it was torture the alien birth scene and all it was disgusting and then the whole "WHY" moments until last and the ship escape sequence with alien in it and the end it was terrible experience although before credits the ship escape to earth and earth's scene was amazing.
