Ludicrous even for 007 standards. I am more likely to forgive Bond films when they are harmless fun but this is incredibly dull and and there is more than a hint of casual racism here. Not that Bond films have ever been even-handed in their treatment of women or people of different cultures but Bond with tinted skin, a terrible wig and taped back eyes? For me that's a step too far.

In a more entertaining film I would have been more likely to take all this with a pinch of salt but You Only Live Twice is just codswallop.
