Review of Wolf Creek 2 (2013) by Kevin R — 31 Mar 2015
Someone has to keep Australia beautiful.
A couple hitchhiking across the Australian outback are attacked by a local who doesn't like visitors. A man who comes to their aid quickly becomes involved and entrenched deeply in the situation. The Australian native begins a terrible, action packed, killing spree.
"Cookies!".
Greg Mclean, director of Wolf Creek, Rogue, 6 Miranda Drive, and the upcoming Wolf Creek television series, delivers Wolf Creek 2. The storyline for this picture was very over the top but well done. I thoroughly enjoyed the kill scenes and the villain was well portrayed. The cast delivers solid horror genre performances and includes John Jarratt, Ryan Corr, Shannon Ashlyn, Phillippe Klaus, Shane Connor, and Ben Gerrard.
"I'm a pig shooter.".
This just got added to the Netflix new list so I was excited to see it. This actually isn't bad and is action packed. If you're looking for a serious horror movie, this isn't for you. This film mixes comedy, horror, gore, and action into an entertaining picture. Is it a classic? Definitely not. Is it a nice popcorn flick? Absolutely.
"Welcome to Australia, cock sucker.".
