Review of Wild at Heart (1990) by Thom E — 05 Oct 2008

While Lynch has a keen knack for good, quirky visuals, and the acting is largely pretty good, Wild at Heart ends up going nowhere and is ultimately rather boring - we don't care what happens to these two underdeveloped, shrieking and/or mumbling young lovers (depending on the scene), and the end is weird but unfulfilling.

And Diane Ladd is absolutely dreadful.
