Review of White Dog (1982) by Brad G — 01 Oct 2009
White Dog (Samuel Fuller, 1982) is a marvelous film. It's an interesting perspective on the subject racism that everyone should see. The film revolves around a stray German Shepard found by a young woman played by Kristy McNichol, who soon discovers that the dog has been trained to target and kill black people.
Upon discovery, the dog is taken to an animal trainer played by Paul Winfield who attempts to deprogram the monster. It's a harsh film, but comes very highly recommended.
