Review of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) by Trent C — 18 May 2009
I think that this may have been the inspiration for Stephen King's Misery. The movie is suitably creepy and unnerving whilst also being somewhat a black comedy. Joan Crawford and Bette Davis were perfect for this movie.
The director sort of used the hate the two actresses had for each other to great effect. Too bad they would never work with each other again. Recommended.
