Damn this was legit creepy and EVIL. I love the concept and the dynamic, the rabbit vs the tortoise but, yknow, with more murder. Both Bette Davis and Joan Crawford give it their all and knock it out of the park.
It verges into corny a lot, hollywood cliche crazy people kinda stuff, but keeps its integrity with how just unrelentlessly mean it is... it gets super uncomfortable to watch! But in a fun way. But also goddamn! That ending is both amazing and super unsatisfying.
