Review of Westworld (1973) by Chris S — 26 Dec 2007
Without this film there would be no Jurassic Park. Why? Well, not only are both written (and this one directed) by Michael Crichton, and not only do both feature futuristic theme parks spiralling out of control, but this is the first movie to feature Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) that would provide the majority of Jurassic Park's special effects twenty years later.
Oh, and The Terminator owes it more than a nod of gratitude too.
