Vexing in its unshamed borrowing from Every Other Science Fiction Movie, the film is nonetheless enjoyable. The action sequences, in particular, are perfectly choreographed. Watch for the soundtrack.
(For those who have seen Appleseed: this might be a waste of your time. It is almost exactly the same movie.).
