Review of Vexille (2007) by Larry L — 08 Nov 2010
Every frame is gorgeous in this stunningly beautiful cel-shaded CG anime. It also features inventive, complex set and character design, as well as an excellent, energetic Paul Oakenfold soundtrack. While visually and aurally spectacular, the plot is a little derivative and somewhat thin at times.
Regardless of its few shortcomings, it is well worth seeing as an amazing example of modern animation.
