Review of Vertigo (1958) by Trae K — 06 Dec 2013
Never before have I felt so confused and pissed off after this movie ended. I had SUCH a sense of excitement for this movie without having ANY expectations at ALL way before seeing it. Why are people calling this movie a 'classic masterpiece'? I just see it as a highly overrated, underwhelming, Alfred Hitchcock wannabe movie that left me very angry for so many hours after it ended, and it left me with SO many unanswered questions because of its terrible ending.
Such a shame, because 2 hours of my life have now felt utterly lost and I'll never get them back, thanks to this abomination of a 'movie'.
