Being a Van Damme fan I can see he is growing in his acting ability-saw more depth in this character. Junkie cop gone bad- after a shooting, falls into coma. When he awakens, he tries to right his wrongs.
Thought Van Damme looked really rough, and showing his age, but realized he was just playing his character.
