Review of Until Death (2007) by Brendan N — 13 May 2010
The 40% I give this film is for the first half of the film that is probably some of the most interesting work that van damme has done. sadly the rest of the film dies a slowly and does it at a snails pace.
Van damme could of been brilliant if it didn't try to be a crime movie and a action film at the same time. van damme playing a cop on the brink is utterly interesting, so interesting the rest of the film can't compare.
The villain is not at all interesting and disappears into the darkness like most of the supporting cast. I enjoy van damme but here its sadly only half a film with the other being useless junk. its like the writers were fired half way through filming.
