Review of Under Suspicion (2000) by Blake D — 03 Mar 2012
A competent psychological thriller with a strong emphasis on dialogue and acting. Morgan Freeman is very good but it's Gene Hackman that is truly exceptional. Thomas Jane and Monica Bellucci co-star.
Bleak, thought provoking with a somewhat ambiguous ending. Not too dissimilar to Sidney Lumet's The Offence.
