Excellent performances by Gene Hackman and Morgan Freeman and a not-too-tawdry plot withstanding, "Under Suspicion" still does not manage to capture the true essence of a gripping drama thriller.
... It's hard to pick a sequence that could have been done better but still the overall stitching together of the movie doesn't seem to fit quite right.. (if that made any sense!!).
