Review of Turning Red (2022) by Propulsion — 14 Mar 2022
Maybe it is my time of the month, but this movie was not for our family. This movie has sexualized content, maxi pads, and other content that many parents of young kids will want to avoid. PG13 might have been a better approach since this is geared for puberty aged kids.
But really I’m not sure it’s geared for any kids unless kids arguing with their parents, a Disney staple if the parents aren’t dead, and kids doing stripper dancing shaking their behind bent over at their mom is the norm in their family.
It is not in mine. In other words it is cringe.
