Review of Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974) by Robert I — 10 Jan 2013
Clint Eastwood once said 'I think during filming he was in a helutative state' on director Michael Cimino & the casual breezy story reflects it.
In all ways a story of drifters & they failed attempts on getting ahead. Filled with wonderful side characters such as ass kissing Goodie & washed up George Kennedy.
Both Clint & Bridges work really off one another & the comedy of the film I think really moves it forward, they are all such characters & it's fun to journey with them.
Any easy watching Clint Classic.....
