Review of The Wiz (1978) by Ben T — 12 Nov 2007

I love this movie because it brings in some social commentary and when you consider the actors, the time in which it was made, the social climate and everything going on, it is a classic that everyone should be able to appreciate at least once.

I personally own the DVD, soundtrack and Broadway soundtrack. Seems you either hate it or love it though and I feel anyone who can not allow themselves to dream a little or let their imagination run wild when they see this may have some larger challenges in life.
