This is a classic rom com with Sandler and Barrymore. I've been a fan of Barrymore for a while. Not sure why exactly, but she works in this film in particular. Her and Sandler seem to have a great chemistry.
Then the movie had the whole 80's retro thing that was big at the time. The movie for me has held up against the test of time. Some parts are not as funny as at first, but it some parts still crack me up and it is still an all around good comedy.
I still think what I thought back when I saw the movie the first time...did Billy Idol age at all?
