This movie sucks you in but is also extremely frustrating at times. There's a lot of Act First Ask Third situations that could have been avoided if most of the people would just get the words out of their mouths sooner.
The cops are completely incompetent but the setting and cinematography are both great. The men in this movie are bumbling idiots for the most part and take so long to either spit the words out or answer a simple question that some of the scenes feel like they drag on a little too long.
Once pieces start to fit together does the mystery pat off.
