Review of The Wages of Fear (1953) by Lauren H — 18 Sep 2007
The most tense film I have ever seen. The slow start lulls you into thinking this will be an easy film about greed and socail standing. Then it piles on the tension til your clenching your fists and biting your lip til it bleeds.
Arrgh. I was also left open mouthed by the ending. Was it disapointment, or glee? I cant decide.
