Review of The Veil (2016) by Phil C — 21 Jan 2016
Finally. A story that's original. There is so much crap released in theaters. Somehow this was direct to Netflix. Idk why. Good acting. Writing was unique. Hollywood has no balls. A tale that's semi inspired by the Jonestown suiicide cult.
With a supernatural twist. I guess because it wasnt a carbon copy of paranormal activity or has a cast of a bunch of fuck all teenagers as the main characters or wasn't based on a true story ,it wasn't worthy of a theatrical release.
Creep factor is a 7 outta 10.
