Review of The Train (1964) by Joe S — 19 Jun 2007
A war film with a difference, more about artistic obsession and railways than guns and tanks. Brilliantly handled, with black-and-white photography to set the mood, and a script that dynamically twists itself from one tense tussle to another.
Worth watching.
