One of my favorite movies of all time. When you imagine what little filmmaking had at it's disposal back then, what they accomplished is a marvel. The overall plot of the movie manages to be exciting, unique, and believable while it's ability to communicate its themes strongly is something that most modern filmmakers seem only able to attempt to aspire to.
The movie is one of the few that I consider to transcend being simply a movie and became a work of art.
