Review of The Tingler (1959) by Diana A — 06 Apr 2008
Somehow a pretty fun movie was made from this hokey concept and the lack of joy buzzers on my seat. The title creature is well manipulated in it's scenes and the script has some great zingers delivered only as Vincent Price can.
And with other lines like Price's trampy wife suggesting that they "celebrate finding 'The Tingler'", and Vincent getting in touch with his inner Aldous Huxley, you can't go wrong.
