Review of The Thin Red Line (1998) by Sebastian H — 17 Sep 2012
Amazing visuals, some brilliant scenes, excellent acting but the film itself is a complete mess, consisting of little meaning or plot, no matter how complex malick supporters say this film is, its one of the times with his films where I could feel how he was just editting together bits of his hours upon hours of ilm he originally shot, trying to make smething with little dialogue that made sense, he failed, its nice to look at has points of meaning but as a whole its the dullest war film you'll ever witness.
