Review of The Ten Commandments (1956) by John M — 12 Aug 2018
Not fully accurate (the movies never are), but quite enjoyable and more or less true to the original tale. The acting is splendid - particularly Yul Brynner and Charlton Heston. The effects - despite being quite old - are quite good, too.
I like its pro-freedom and anti-totalitarian themes.
