Review of The Tailor of Panama (2001) by Catherine W — 09 Jan 2007
Excellent chemistry (if you will) between Brosnan and Rush make this story magnetic. Brosnan plays the corrupt spy angle to the hilt, flexing acting muscle in ways that he simply cannot pull off in the bond universe.
His character bounces off Geoffrey Rush's tailor wonderfully to cement the story into place. Jamie Lee Curtis is here too giving a great performance herself. Very enjoyable movie.
