A post-Noriega Panama tailor becomes a collaborator of a British spy with a bad reputation for stealing wives and gambling who uses him to gain information of his clientele. Good thriller with good performances by the cast, though the many twists and plot developments will easily confuse people and weaken the film's overall appeal.
