Upon seeing this film, you can't help but notice the influence that this film has had on films like 'Star Wars' and 'Lawrence of Arabia'. The fact that one single film can do this speaks volumes about how good it is, and should be revered in the same way that 'Citizen Kane' is.
This is THE Western of all westerns, featuring the superstar team-up of John Wayne and John Ford. This film certainly rubs elbows with the finest of all Hollywood's films.
