The Duke & John Ford Team Up Once Again, In What Is Their Best Collaboration. The Searchers Follows An Ex-Confederate Soldier (John Wayne), Seeking For His Niece (Natalie Wood), Captured By The Comanches Who Massacred His Family. He Won't Surrender To Hunger, Thirst, Elements Or Loneliness. And In His 5 Year Search, He Encounters Something Unexpected: His Own Humanity.

The Searchers is Filled With A Great Cast, Script, Cinematography And Music Department. Ford Is A Great Director And Does Not Fail As He Presents This Wonderfully Directed Movie, Which Features Romance,Drama & Comedy. Although Never Intended As A Comedy Some Scenes Are Quite Comical. This Holds A Place In History As One Of The Greatest Westerns Ever Made, & Is Number Two on WatchMojo's List Of The Ten Best Westerns.
