Review of The Sea Hawk (1940) by Alan H — 05 Jun 2010
The iconic Errol Flynn movie where he's seen sticking a knife into a sail and riding it down to the deck (like in The Goonies!). All of Flynn's classic movies have dialogue that will make you want to gouge out your eyes with a rusty spork.
But these films do have a sentimental value. Flynn was really the first superstar in the modern film era...until he was replaced by Bogart and Clark Gable that is.
