Review of The Revolution Generation (2022) by Kat_Kleber — 10 Jun 2022
The Revolution Generation: How Millennials Can Save America and the World is a documentary that contains the discussion of vitally important topics and how their fate are all in the hands of a certain group of people.
Those people are the millennial generation. Often labeled as “lazy and narcissistic,” as the documentary notes, they have been sorely misrepresented. They are the hope we need going forward as a nation.
The hope that will drive change in heavily controversial subjects, that our nation has been divided between for many years. Just to name a few of such topics: student debt, the environment, and equality between genders, sexualities, and races.
The documentary is narrated by Michelle Rodriguez, a millennial herself, with such a lively and passionate delivery that really allows the audience to understand every word she says more thoroughly. The notable directors, Josh Tickell and Rebecca Harrell Tickell have a repertoire of entertaining and informative documentaries.
They do an excellent job shining a light on the imperative action that needs to be taken and who is taking that action.
