A little bit of a bore considering the subject matter of the wannabe gothic thriller directed by the former 1st AD for the Washoskis who impressed with his debut feature V for Vendetta. Tried to make it kind of cool by making a hypothesis of Edgar Allen Poe being stalked and finally killed by a stalker/serial killer basing his crimes on the writtings on Poe.
Defintely could have used a couple of more layers to make the story more engaging and some more visual flairs that made McTiegue an interesting up and comer. Not that I was expecting much but meh.
