Review of The Raven (2012) by Lynette B — 19 Nov 2014
Edgar Allen Poe is considered one of America's, if not the world, greatest writers. Considered to be the father of the detective fiction & sci-fi & an inspiration to the likes of Jules Verne.
He'd be turning in his grave after this quite tedious, slow moving movie where he is the central character. He helps in the investigation of a series of murders which have been copied from his work.
Soon, the investigation turns personal as his love is kidnapped & destined to die if he fails to follow the clues left behind on victims killed by the serial killer holding his fiancà (C)e.
