QThe Film Noir genre , God I love it. The sexualized otherness, that woman of ill repute, that handsome man that u usually just want to bed…

This film is imperfect, but still very well done…

When the movie focuses on Lana Turner and John Garfield plotting murder, the film is fun, fine, and thrillingly trashy…
