Perhaps the best film I've seen - and every time I watch it again, it seems to be getting better.
The inner demons of Rev. Shannon make him lash out on his parish, thus resulting in unemployment.
Shannon now conducts group travels to Mexico and is "on his rope's end" when this final trip pushes him over the edge.
