Review of The Nice Guys (2016) by Movieguys — 29 May 2016
The Nice Guys plays off of 70s movies well, and stays above usual genre fare. It is funny, and the jokes are well-timed. The only thing significantly wrong is the casting of Kim Basinger; she had poor delivery and played a caricature rather than a character.
Other than that, the movie is solid.
