The Nice Guys is a 2016 American neo-noir action comedy film directed by Shane Black.
This buddy comedy-action film is a modern day Lethal Weapon movie. I wasn't expecting it to be quite so violent, but there is enough humour to counter it. There are numerous funny moments and one-liners in this movie, including an unexpected reference to Abbott and Costello. I really enjoyed the first half but the second half started to drag a bit as the plot changed from one chase to another. In the end the film seemed far too long, even though it was under 2 hours. D and the MC.
