Review of The Misfits (1961) by Jimmy C — 15 May 2009
Marilyn shines in this movie. She is so beautiful, delicate and strong at the same time. Clark Gable has his charisma and he is strong manly man in this cowboy role but in the same time he can listen to woman and shows sensibility, he is not so rough than he seems to be.
Both their characters has more underneath than you can see first. That's one of the things that makes this movie interesting to watch. The seen where they are cathing mustangs is very emotional and shows that both characters can grow to understand each other.
