Review of The Misanthrope (2007) by Mixael X — 31 May 2011

I have an impression of honesty from Nocturno Culto sharing his world, but I can't get rid of the sense that The Misanthrope does have more to it than he wants to give away. Maybe it is just a prime example of the Norwegian stubbornness and no nonsense - much like Darkthrone as a band and their legacy of integrity.

Maybe those spots of references and NC mirroring himself in Ali Baba are just coincidental. Or maybe not, it's hard to tell. Maybe it does not even matter. Anyhow, it is a nice little bit and I highly recommend it.
