Review of The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956) by Nia A — 03 Jul 2008
Hitchock tended to make films that were very very long, but he made them so damn good that they absolutely never got tedious. Again, this is a definition of a Hitchcock film. Suspense, suspense, suspense.
Also enjoy the typical beginning: Normal family, living a normal life, suddenly lives in hell. I actually enjoyed watching Doris Day, I thought she'd be annoying.
