Review of The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit (1956) by Mike T — 19 Nov 2007
Gregory Peck was the perfect choice to play Tom, a man trying to make it on Madison Avenue (at the urging of his wife) yet haunted by experiences from WWII. Every performance is stellar, but Peck's quiet one is a nice contrast to Jennifer Jones and others.
I love this movie and have seen it many times. Fredric March also excels as the man who made the choice to give up caring for his family for his career and now has to pay the price.
