This movie is well done but even though it is now 50 years after the timeframe this movie is in this film would be better for a remake in a skilled filmmakers hands...the movie seems dated and it seems slow and methodical.
..this movie is also not that great an adaption from the novel where it fails in a lot of ways incllding key points from the novel that should not have been left out!!!
